This week I have been a little frustrated with my little three-year-old. When he wants something, it's gotta be now - I can't carry on a conversation with any adult and he follows me around the house wherever I go. Like most boys, he can't stop moving - he's my little Duracell battery - just keeps going and going and going. So, today I had to stop and take a breath and think about all the wonderful memories we've had together. Wow, there are lots. He is an amazing boy who is going places in life. Here are a few pictures of my little man whom I love more than life!
All time favorite picture of Eli.

What a sweet post. Motherhood can be trying at times, but by far the most rewarding thing in life :)
ReplyDeleteummmmm this is darling!! sometimes you need to remember the good times and this is a great way to do it. I so HEAR you about the duracell battery thing. Danny is LONG WINDED that is for sure. Eli is looking so big and old.
ReplyDeleteOh and btw I loved your post about playing at Abravanel (spelling) hall. So amazing way to go Julie!! And also I am so lovin that song arrangement with John Schmidt and Steve. . .Coldplay are you serious? And them jammin out to it!! LOVED IT!! I sent the video link to my whole fam, they loved it too. You know they are your biggest fans you have got to tell my parents about your next concert they would so be there!! For you or Steve.
We are comin the end of May you better clear it!!
He is so adorable and full of energy! I love how good you are about keeping perspective and being grateful for everything. Seriously, you are amazing! By the way, loved the song arrangement with John Schmidt as well and passed it along to many friends/family. I started telling the Young Women about it and a few had already seen it and said it's their favorite version. I'm now an official celebrity since I know "the guy who rocked out on the cello" in the video. :) Hope you guys are great and we definitely have to get together soon (since we are practically neighbors now). :) We're definitely having a BBQ this summer so we'll let you know.
ReplyDeleteThat pudding painting does look like tons of fun. I've never heard of it before. I'll have to try it w/ our kids sometime. :)
